Travels of Lorraine Edwards with her 2004 T@B Teardrop trailer. Go back to October 2009 and follow her adventures from North Carolina to North Carolina via the New England states, Canada, Mid-Western states and Florida (over 9,000 miles, 21 states and 3 Provinces). Since late-May 2011 the tiny T@B has been stationary but was (for 15 months) full-time "home" for the owner.
I heard a saying today; "The eyes are prepared to see only what the mind is prepared to comprehend."
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that maybe that is working both ways in your situation. May 21 is not written in the Bible; it's an interpretation. You have chosen to believe that interpretation so strongly you take it as fact. And you may well be correct. But is it not possible the folks you say scoff at Rapture do indeed believe in Rapture...just not in the date? Writing "the Rapture is scoffed at" is not the same as "The idea that the Rapture will start on May 21 is scoffed at." I'm not picking on your beliefs, or trying to start an argument. I've had people tell me I'm not a proper Christian because I am Catholic. And they believed it no with malice, but simply with all their heart. Perhaps it's human nature for our eyes to see essentially what we want to believe. D
Thank you! I stand corrected; I didn't articulate accurately. You expressed yourself admirably!!
