Oh, c'mon...out with it...what's your favorite pancake? Did you have Maine blueberry pancakes while you were up there? I think the most unusual I've ever had were Almond Joy pancakes; with coconut, chocolate chips, and almonds. At that same restaurant, actually just across the harbor from Maine, I also had my first (of many) butterscotch hot chocolates. But it sounds like maybe you're already past hot chocolate weather, lol! D
