"Travel Day." I was up at 6:30; and I'm almost ready to depart (8:30). That lazy old sun didn't make an appearance until 8 o'clock. My handy-dandy weather station promises sunshine today. It also said the low was 38 degrees and the high will be 68 degrees. Tennessee here I come!!

Postscript: In case the reader doesn't read the attached comments, here is my answer to the question, "If you are leaving, does this mean you will not work at Amazon?"
As I said on Oct. 12th blog: "I'm seriously questioning whether I will work for Amazon.com. I'm hearing comments like: 'It is so dusty and dirty; I have to wear a mask.' And: 'It is so noisy; I have hearing aids and the noise is awful.' And: 'I've worked for over sixty years and this is the hardest work I've ever done in my entire life!!' ~~ Hear ye, hear ye, I (Lorraine) DON'T **need** the money!! I applied to Amazon because it was (is) a short-term job and I would have a free campsite." ~~~ I left Campbellsville--and Amazon.com--because I recognized I would be very uncomfortable in that work environment (for the reasons listed plus several I won't document).

ReplyDeleteDawn, I "wish you luck." Be sure to join the Yahoo T@B forum for valuable information. Also attend some of the Rallies because you can learn a lot from fellow T@BBers--plus the fellowship.
