Y'all come !! Hear ?

A little bit of Mexico in North Carolina. On an extremely hot afternoon, it was a pleasure to "work" in the air-conditioned Mexico Museum at JAARS, near Waxhaw, North Carolina. ~~ A Hispanic family of four toured today. I don't speak Spanish, they spoke broken English. Through the language of God's love... we communicated.

The information beside the silver plate, in an illuminated, framed, glass display: "This Aztec ceremonial scene has been produced by cutting the figures out of the silver tray and replacing the metal with colored bird feathers."

Between the two museums, the graves of William Cameron Townsend and his wife. Cameron Townsend was the founder of Wycliffe Bible Translators and several other entities including Jungle Aviation and Radio Services / JAARS.
