Perhaps you will take forty-five minutes to watch and listen to The Birth of Jesus-A Revealing Response.(I watched Charles Stanley because we didn't have a WiFi signal. I couldn't listen to Family Radio.)
Looks like a couple of FL stations broadcast the Camping network...but I don't know that you'd be able to get any of them in the daytime there. Might be worth trying if your radio is handy and you're bored some night. Have you found the nearest Panera yet?
