Did you watch The Sound of Music on ABC television on Sunday night? Did you watch the cast reunion today on The Oprah Winfrey show? This is the 45th anniversary of the movie.Because I've always been "in love" with the film, earlier this year, I made a point of visiting the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. I enjoyed the Continental Breakfast, I took the history tour, I hiked to the chapel.
You know, I bought that movie after we saw their home in Salzburg on our honeymoon...almost 18 years ago now...and I don't think I've ever more than a few minutes of it yet.
